  4. The fuel burning value, the insulation quality of each part, the moisture content of the wet material and the uniformity of the feeding quantity will affect the quality of the drying products and the fuel consumption.   5. Turn off the hot air stove before stopping, drying cylinder should continue to turn until cooling to close to the outside temperature can stop. It is forbidden to stop at high temperature to prevent the cylinder from bending and deformation.
  6. When encountering a sudden power failure, should immediately put the hot air stove flameout, stop feeding, rotate the cylinder half a circle every 15 minutes, until the cylinder cooling. This operating procedure should be carefully responsible, violation of this procedure will cause cylinder bending. Severe bending of the cylinder will prevent the dryer from working properly.
  7. In the working state, the supporting wheel frame should be filled with cooling water. Lubrication parts should be timely refueled.
