Soybean dregs is a residue generated during the processing of soybean products, rich in nutrients such as crude protein and fiber, and has high value in the feed industry. However, soybean dregs has a high moisture content and viscosity, and if not treated in a timely manner, it can cause environmental pollution. Based on the characteristics of soybean dregs, we have designed a complete soybean dregs drying system that can dry the moisture content of soybean dregs from 60% -65% to around 10%. Bean dregs is transformed into treasure through a dual process of efficient pressure filtration and hot drying.
Working Principle Of Soybean Dregs Dryer
Wet soybean dregs is fed into the drum of the soybean residue dryer through the conveying and feeding devices, and high-temperature hot air also enters from the same side. The drum is equipped with a special dispersing device inside. Wet soybean dregs is dispersed and crushed by a dispersing device to form small particles, thereby increasing the contact area between the material and high-temperature hot air. As the drum rotates and tilts, the material is lifted from the bottom to the top of the drum, forming a material curtain and achieving heat exchange between soybean dregs and hot air. The moisture in the soybean dregs continuously evaporates and is dried to the required humidity before being discharged from the discharge outlet.
Dingli has been committed to researching soybean dregs dryer equipment for 20 years and has a mature R&D system and production experience. We have a certain quality guarantee for the equipment, welcome to come for consultation!
