Single drum rotary dryer are widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, environmental protection, mining, petrochemicals, and casting. They are very suitable for drying materials with high humidity and high viscosity, such as coal slurry, lithium slag, and clay. To meet market demand, Dingli Company has developed a new type of rotary dryer - single cylinder dryer. This multifunctional dryer can process various materials, including poultry manure, cow manure, chicken manure, sawdust, wood powder, barley straw, oat straw, wheat straw, rye straw, as well as other agricultural waste and biogas residue.
The working principle of a single drum rotary dryer is that materials with a moisture content of 75-85% are sent to a specialized dewatering machine. The spiral dehydrator removes water to about 65% and then sends it to the drum for drying in a mixed drum dryer. The flying blades inside the drum will pick up the material, carry it over and pass it through the hot air flow as the drum rotates. This promotes the maximum heat transfer efficiency between the material and the dry air, thereby achieving rapid water vaporization and material drying under the rapid flow of hot air. To prevent accumulation near the discharge outlet of wet materials, the rotary drum dryer allows the materials to dry before reaching the next group of materials. In addition, a drum cleaning device is installed inside the drum to prevent any adhesion issues with the material.
Dingli has been committed to researching single drum rotary dryer equipment for 20 years and has a mature R&D system and production experience. We have a certain quality guarantee for the equipment, welcome to come for consultation!
