  Peat, also known as grass peat, peat soil, black soil, peat, it is all coal with the lowest degree of coalification, also the most primitive state of coal. Formed coal is sterile, non-toxic, non-polluting, good ventilation performance, light weight, water retention, fertilizer retention, beneficial to microbial activity, enhanced biological performance, abundant nutrition. It is not only a cultivation matrix but also a good soil conditioner and contains high organic matter, humic acid and nutrients. The organic matter in peat is mainly composed of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, humic acid, and asphalt materials. Peat has a wide range of uses, it can be used in agriculture, such as soil-based cultivation of organic fertilizers and seedlings and flower cultivation, and in industries such as power generation fuels and chemical raw materials. Because peat is composed of various organic compounds, protein feeds, biological growth agents and phytostimulating hormones. All above mentioned can be extracted from peat, and different types of adsorbents and pharmaceutical preparations can also be produced.

PRINCIPLE

  The flowchart of material: Moisture content is about 50-65% and peat is fed by a screw conveyor into a rotary drum dryer to achieve downstream drying. The materials are continuously picked up and scattered under the copying board, and the materials are scattered and spirally advanced. The inner of dryer has stirring blade device will make the material fully stirred, break up and beat, and the material and the hot gas are fully in heat exchange. The moisture quickly evaporates and vaporizes. The material that achieves the drying effect quickly moves out of the drum under the action of hot air. The wet material that does not reach the drying effect that cannot travel fast due to its own weight, and the material inside of the drum is fully dried to achieve a drying effect, and the drying process is completed and discharged from the screw conveyor. Inside the drum has a shock cleaning device to prevent material sticking to the wall.
  The flowchart of gas: the air is heated by the hot air furnace of draught fan and enter the hot air furnace to burn and get heated, the temperature reaches 600-850°C. After the dryer, the induced draft fan draws the material in the dryer to dry, evaporate water, pass the three-layer heat exchange, and the wind temperature reduced to 55-60°C and discharged from the dryer. The dust containing wet dust passes the cyclone dust collector and the wet dust collector 6gets to the emission standards.
