After large-scale production practice, it has been proved that the multi-layer plate type rotary drum dryer has a water evaporation capacity of 40-50kg water/m2·h per unit area compared with ordinary drum dryers, which is 2-3 times that of ordinary drum dryers. The production capacity of the size dryer is increased by more than 50%, the fuel energy consumption is reduced by more than 30%, the equipment footprint is more than 40% smaller, the moisture content of the dried material is more uniform, and the efficiency is increased by more than 40%. It is suitable for drying materials with a moisture content of 50-85% such as sludge, bean dregs, starch dregs, sauce dregs, sprayed corn husks, cassava dregs, brewer's grains, white distiller's grains, straw, pasture, chicken and cattle manure, etc.
